Membership: Membership to the Shoals Pickleball Club is open to anyone who is interested in playing pickleball and is willing to follow our club's rules and regulations. Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Code of Conduct: Members of the Shoals Pickleball Club are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or violates our code of conduct will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or revocation of membership.

Liability: The Shoals Pickleball Club is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur while participating in our events or using our facilities. Members assume all risk associated with participating in our club's activities.

Use of Facilities: Members of the Shoals Pickleball Club are responsible for taking care of the equipment and facilities used during club events. Any damage caused to the equipment or facilities due to negligence or intentional actions will result in the responsible party being held accountable.
